We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our Customer Care Shared Services team as an Advisor Product Owner, Digital Channels. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of digital products to enhance customer engagement and improve the overall digital experience on Enbridge Gas’ digital channels. This role will work closely with technology partners in defining the backlog and driving a vision for Enbridge’s IVR digital channels. What You Will Do: Work closely with Contact Centre and Technology teams to define the backlog and drive the vision for Enbridge’s Interactive Voice Response (IVR) channel. Adopt user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) principles to create functional, intuitive and accessible digital channels which improve the customer experience. Engage with the Analytics team to provide data that supports the development of forecasts and recommendations for business and strategic decisions. Coordinate and collaborate with various business teams, third party vendors, and the Technology Information Services (TIS) group to resolve any customer and/or technical issues and implement any process enhancements. Gather and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, market trends, and business objectives. Leverage relationships with partner teams such as Marketing, Operations, Large Volume, Customer Contact Centre, etc. to collaborate and develop new opportunities that apply available functionality and optimize the customer's experience. Proactively advocate for the customer and the business on the prioritization and implementation of channel related issues and enhancements. Take ownership for the maintenance and management of channel related data, processes, and applicable documentation. Who You Are: You will have the following combination of education and experience: A related Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Marketing, Digital Technology or Communications and a minimum of four or more years of experience OR an equivalent combination of formal education, certification and experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products including Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Creative Suite. Profound understanding and knowledge of the appropriate technology and design software used as part of the digital channel design process including Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, Jira, HPQC. Strong working knowledge of IVR technologies. Excellent interpersonal skills including building consensus, negotiation, and facilitation. Ability to think creatively and critically. Apply problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to facilitate end-to-end delivery of results. Ability to travel, if required. The following would be an asset: Demonstrated ability to create and design a user experience that follows a user-centric approach. Experience with web designs and related technologies such as Genesys Cloud Ability and willingness to grow, develop and evolve skills suitable for other opportunities within Customer Care. Working Conditions (Optional): This position will have some project implementation requirements which occur overnight or on weekends. The successful candidate may need to be available during these timeframes to support and lead projects as they launch. Will require some travel to the Contact Centres.
