About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Marketing Coordinator to support marketing initiatives and client engagement across multiple AGF brands and geographies, including Canada, the US and Europe. This role will focus on supporting brand strategy, paid media initiatives and targeted marketing campaigns that build awareness and generate leads for our sales teams. The successful candidate will also assist in implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and enhance overall marketing impact. Strong project management skills, attention to detail, and technical expertise are crucial for the success of ongoing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, capable of balancing multiple projects, and adept at leveraging marketing tools and technology to enhance execution and results. Your Responsibilities: Advertising & Media Planning: Support paid media/advertising campaigns and tactics to increase brand visibility and support product promotion. Sponsorship & Conferences: Work with Manager/Director to evaluate and implement industry and corporate sponsorship strategies that result in targeted business development opportunities for AGF’s LOBs and broader brand building Content Creation: Work with the broader Marketing team to develop high-quality marketing and communications materials, presentations, and digital content. Website & Social Media: Curate and upload AGFI website content, Post blogs and help to manage corporate social media content and channels. Event Planning & Execution: support both digital and in-person events, including webinars and national road shows, while also developing engaging content to support these initiatives. Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams: Partner with product, operations and compliance teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in marketing within financial services, asset management, or wealth management. Solid understanding of investment and wealth management concepts. Strong writing and content creation skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts. Strong analytical skills with a strategic approach to lead generation and campaign effectiveness. Experience in event planning and execution. Familiarity with CRM systems and email marketing platforms such as Salesforce, Pardot, Cascade, Cvent, and Seismic. Self-motivated with an ability to handle multiple projects and tasks and effectively meet all timelines. Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, compliance, and product teams.
