This includes everything from incentive trips to professional development conferences. The Event Project Manager plays a crucial role in promoting and ensuring the success of TDC's events. By focusing on effective communication and rigorous event management, this position directly contributes to member engagement and the achievement of the organization's strategic objectives. ResponsibilitiesEvent ManagementOrganize and coordinate various events (conferences, seminars, incentive trips).Prepare detailed schedules and ensure budget adherence.Manage requests for proposals (RFPs) and logistics.Analyze event success and identify areas for future improvement. Communications & TechnologyDevelop communication plans to promote events.Utilize an event management platform for promotion, registration, payment, and communications, including a mobile application.Stay up-to-date on new event technologies and propose innovative solutions to enhance both participant experience and organizational efficiency.QualificationsFor this role, we're looking for someone with the following key skills:Event Management Experience: You have solid experience organizing corporate events involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.Attention to Detail & Organization: You're highly organized, detail-oriented, and can quickly solve problems. You're proficient with common office tools like Microsoft 365.Communication Proficiency: You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French and English.
