About the role:
OLIVER is looking for an Account Director to join the team!
As an Account Director, you will ensure smooth production of campaigns – from briefing designers and copywriters, to managing budgets and possibly a team of executives. You will be responsible for the management of relationships with the day-to-day clients. As a senior point of contact, you will also coordinate the resources needed to service projects, build strategic operational plans, and balance the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work. Often, you will be expected to plan campaigns and successfully develop business accounts creatively and financially.
What you will be doing:
Taking a lead in client's marketing and advertising strategies
Leading a team to provide the utmost level of client service
Liaising with clients on a day-to-day basis
Promoting organic growth
Working with other senior managers to streamline processes, motivate the team, and continue strong client-agency relationships
Scoping projects, identifying required resources and oversee their success
Reporting team utilizations and revenues
Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically
What you need to be great in this role:
Significant experience in professional client relationship management
A background in advertising, design or marketing
The ability to plan and strategize at a senior level
A persuasive and confident approach to creative projects
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Effective team management capabilities
A keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints
Full awareness of creative processes and techniques – including digital platforms
Corporate or global account management experience is an asset
At the time of this posting, the base salary for this position may range from $80,750.00 to $90,250.00. Individual compensation varies based on job related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just one component of OLIVER’s total compensation package.
