MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES Process footwear and apparel in the retail store stockroom after goods have been checked in by Inventory Coordinators. Includes pricing, second stamping, hanging, sizing and organizing products in the stock room. Responsible for stocking sales floor – during and outside of store hours - with guidance of store leadership team. Size and organize product according to floor plan Prepare products to be transferred to other stores by receiving the request for transfers, packing the items for shipping then completing the required paperwork. Perform other duties as required. REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS Must be 18 years of age or older. Previous stock experience within a retail environment desired Flexible hours including weekends and holidays Ability to lift 35 lbs frequently. Lift maximum 45 lbs occasionally. Move boxes of product up to 50 lbs (with assistance if necessary). Ability to kneel or squat frequently. Ability to climb ladders constantly.
