Position Summary: The Travel and Expense (T&E) Analyst is responsible for monitoring and managing the company's travel and entertainment expenses. The role involves analyzing expense data, ensuring policy compliance, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and supporting employees with travel and expense-related inquiries. Work You’ll Do: Provide support to employees regarding expense reporting procedures and policy questions. Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and Travel teams to improve expense management processes. Manage and administrate the corporate card program through US Bank, including issuing new cards, increasing credit limits (as necessary), suspending cards, and terminating cards as required. Help monitor adherence to travel and entertainment policies and recommend improvements. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary data and documentation Team: This role is a part of the Global T&E team at Hillenbrand and will report directly into the Global T&E Manager. Basic Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in expense reporting, finance, or administrative support Familiarity with travel expense management systems and tools Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication skills and customer service orientation Preferred Qualifications: Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Knowledge of company policies, industry regulations, and best practices related to T&E management Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Good computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications Who we are: Mold-Masters is a global leader in the plastics industry.
