What you'll do Reporting to the Promotional and Go-to-Market Marketing Team Lead, the Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the operational activities of the promotional marketing team. They are responsible for coordinating multiple projects, validating and following up on activities related to digital campaigns, flyers, newsletters, in-store signage, and more. They work closely with members of the marketing team, external agencies, and internal departments to ensure campaign consistency and flawless market execution. Coordinate digital campaigns, promotional newsletters, and in-store signage. Act as project lead for various communication channels, from the creative brief to all campaign's assets and go-to-market execution. Ensure the approval process and final delivery of campaigns are completed. Contribute to promotional communications, including writing newsletters and validating legal copy. Review and adapt promotional messaging while ensuring its distribution to internal teams and franchisees. Present campaigns during executive approval meetings and alignment sessions with various internal teams (marketing, buying, operations, etc.). Serve as a liaison between the marketing department and internal stakeholders or external partners. Collaborate on the production of digital flyers. Prepare flyer schedules in both French and English for online publication. Validate the accuracy of commercial information (descriptions, pricing, visuals) and ensure timely delivery to the external partner. Coordinate in-store promotional signage, from the creative brief to proof validation, through to final delivery to the relevant teams. Oversee in-store TV broadcasting and communications to merchants. Act as the link between the broadcasting partner and the promotional team. Write and send monthly promotional communications to merchants. What you bring Undergraduate degree in marketing communications, business administration, or a related field Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative support role in marketing Experience in the retail sector, an asset. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to quickly adapt to change and work in an agile, solution-oriented environment Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic setting Proficiency with office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French Bilingualism (French and English, spoken and written) Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Team spirit, autonomy, and strong organizational skills Strong interest in sports, physical activity, and the outdoors (an asset) #LI-MM2 About Us Part of the Canadian Tire family is Sports Experts.
