We are looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our Data Solutions team in North America.
This strategic role will partner closely with technical leadership to lead large-scale implementations and drive transformative data solutions for clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical expertise, strong leadership capabilities, and a passion for client engagement.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with technical leadership, supporting complex data architecture initiatives and mentoring delivery teams.
Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery, identifying data pain points and designing scalable Snowflake-based solutions.
Support sales efforts by providing subject matter expertise, solutioning, and thought leadership throughout the sales cycle.
Architect and oversee end-to-end data transformation projects, including data modeling, pipeline development, and cloud migration strategies.
Define and implement data governance frameworks, security models, and integration strategies across enterprise systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to unify data across business units, enabling advanced analytics and business intelligence.
Drive adoption of modern data platforms and tools, including Snowflake, dbt, Fivetran, and other cloud-native technologies.
Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks to measure solution effectiveness and user adoption.
Identify opportunities for account expansion and contribute to practice growth through innovation and client success.
Mentor and develop consulting teams on data architecture best practices and emerging technologies.
Qualifications:
6+ years of experience in enterprise data architecture and delivery, with a strong focus on cloud data platforms.
Proven experience leading large-scale Snowflake implementations and data transformation projects.
Expertise in modern data stack tools (e.g., dbt, Fivetran, Matillion, Airflow).
Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Ability to lead technical teams in Agile environments and manage complex delivery timelines.
Excellent client-facing skills with a track record of building trusted relationships and driving strategic outcomes.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
Experience supporting pre-sales activities and contributing to solution design and proposal development.
