This role offers an opportunity to lead financial planning, reporting, and analysis for the General Account, directly supporting senior leadership decision-making. By managing critical forecasting and reporting cycles, the Manager plays a key role in driving financial transparency and strategic alignment across the organization. The position also leads cross-functional collaboration to maintain the expense factor model, enhancing enterprise-wide financial insights. This role provides exposure to high-impact projects, senior collaborators, and strategic initiatives—ideal for someone looking to grow their influence and leadership in financial management.
Position Responsibilities:
Acquiring deep knowledge of the GA and its financials
Produce and review financial results (quantitative)
Play an important role in the forecasting and annual planning for GA business, including investigation of trends, key metrics, preparation of presentation decks, and ad hoc requests as required
Drive completion and improvement in execution implementation of the expense factor recovery process
Work directly with Senior Management to ensure their understanding of the narrative around key performance indicators
Build relationships with business partners across Investments, GWAM, GAMs, and Segment and Corporate Finance teams
Required Qualifications:
University Degree in Accounting or Finance or equivalent work experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of accounting/finance and a high level of business sense
Diligent, well-organized, and excellent analytical skills
Self-starter and great teammate with a high level of initiative, strong work ethic and the ability to gather, synthesize, organize, and report information
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office applications, primarily Excel and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications:
MBA, CFA or CPA preferred
Familiarity with the reporting tools SmartView (Essbase 1STOP, 1PLAN, 1KFM and 1EXP cubes), Anaplan and PowerBI would be a plus

Salary range is expected to be between
$90,225.00 USD - $162,405.00 USD
