Time Type: Regular Job Description : The incumbent is responsible for assisting the Facilities Supervisor in the management of buildings and real estate assets. They greet visitors at their assigned location within CA & US offices and also support the Fleet and Facilities Manager. The role involves coordinating Cogeco’s needs with suppliers, professionals, and contractors. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Hybrid role requiring presence at the assigned Cogeco offices 3 days per week. Welcomes visitors to the assigned Cogeco office, directs and advises them based on their needs. Responsible for managing and maintaining dashboards, various reports, and documents for the real estate management department. Handles complaints and requests from internal clients, receives requests via ServiceNow, prioritizes them, and ensures follow-up. Participates in technical and environmental audits. Ensures corrective actions are followed up as needed. Assists the Manager with various maintenance project-related tasks. Participates in the development or adaptation of internal business processes to improve customer satisfaction and promote the integration of best practices. Ensures compliance with safety regulations, health standards, and other applicable standards. Assists the Fleet Manager with tasks related to the management of the vehicle fleet, particularly vehicle storage for resale. Performs all other duties related to the main responsibilities listed in this job description. This list is indicative and not exhaustive. Manages relationships with vendors and contractors for all maintenance, cleaning, security, and prevention services.
