The Role:
You’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our supplement manufacturing facility, managing staff schedules, optimizing workflow, and ensuring all production targets are met safely, efficiently, and with quality at the forefront. You’ll be expected to lead by example, drive continuous improvement, and foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10+ production staff
Review and analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements
Develop SOPs, training plans, and process documentation
Create and maintain production schedules, manage staffing levels
Monitor and meet company KPIs including: output, efficiency, downtime and waste
Oversee compliance with health & safety, sanitation, and quality protocols
Collaborate cross-functionally with logistics, procurement, and management
Report daily production metrics and performance to senior leadership
Requirements:
Proven experience in a manufacturing or food/nutraceutical production environment
Degree or diploma in operations, business, food science, or experience in supplement manufacturing strong assets
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Ability to make data-driven decisions and implement improvements; Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement implementation and asset
Experience with inventory and production software (e.g., Wherefour, ERP systems)
Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
