In this role, you’ll work closely with energy teams in commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities to identify, evaluate, and implement energy efficiency initiatives. You may support one or multiple clients, providing guidance through both group workshops and one-on-one coaching. The goal is to help organizations apply continuous improvement principles to their energy management practices. Experience with change management, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks is a strong asset.
