We are seeking a passionate and skilled Digital Product Senior Analyst to join our Customer Service & Channel Operations (CS/CO) organization within JOM Deliver. This role will shape digital strategies and capabilities for the organization while also managing the existing data and analytics infrastructure. Your contributions will significantly influence the data and digital strategy for North America CS/CO, driving regional representation by partnering with the Global Data/Analytics team and IT to ensure that North America priorities and requirements are effectively integrated within the broader scope. Additionally, the Senior Analyst will be essential to the day-to-day operations of U.S. order management activities and will be responsible for curating and maintaining the robust data and analytics infrastructure that is used across the CS/CO organization. Key Responsibilities: Develop data strategies, balancing short-term and long-term needs Act as business asset owner for the Deliver North America regional data environment, overseeing data migration, maintenance, and strategic roadmap execution Support analytics requests and foster a data-driven culture Supervise emerging analytics trends and deploy new digital tools/automation to drive operational efficiencies Understanding the people, process and systems used in CS/CO to identify critical business challenges and propose data-driven solutions to optimize processes Instill a data-driven and continuous improvement within the team Collaborate with Global Data/Analytics and IT on regional priorities. Troubleshoot data issues and ensure system accuracy Qualifications Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s or equivalent required; advanced degree and/or focused degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Operations preferred Experience and Skills: Required: 4+ years of related experience Knowledge of Data Warehouse tools (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) Experience with data analytics tools (Microsoft Power BI, Alteryx) Strong data analysis and storytelling skills Ability to think strategically and implement solutions Excellent communication and leadership skills Preferred: Experience with Programming (e.g., SQL and Python) Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
