Senior Analyst – Contract & Vendor Governance — Remote
This role supports the Global Wealth and Asset Management – Global Retirement team by strengthening third-party risk management controls and vendor governance processes. You will act as a strategic partner to contract managers, helping enforce procurement policies and ensure compliance throughout the contract lifecycle and vendor oversight functions.

• Incorporated Business Rate: $34-39 per hour.
• 6-month contract with the potential for permanent employment.
• Full-time position: 37.50 hours per week.
• Remote position with Eastern Time working hours.
• Weekday schedule with flexibility to start between 8 am and 10 am.
Responsibilities:
• Support contract managers with procurement processes, contract-related queries, and administrative tasks.
• Monitor and escalate contracts nearing expiration and manage workflows for new or amended contracts.
• Maintain and reconcile a contract log with the enterprise contract repository.
• Coordinate signatory reviews and ensure documentation meets procurement policy standards.
• Oversee vendor payment practices and assist with invoice processing compliance.
• Track and support vendor deliverables, risk memos (VISM), SOC reports, and annual vendor reviews.
• Facilitate onboarding and training for internal clients entering the contract/vendor management program.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Risk, Procurement, and Operational stakeholders.
• Assist in developing metrics and reporting tools to support governance and performance tracking.
What you will need to succeed:
• College or university degree.
• CPA candidate or currently in progress (asset).
• 3+ years of contract administration or equivalent business experience.
• Knowledge of contract governance and risk management practices.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience working in a client-facing, matrix, or project-based environment.
• Prior experience in audit, advisory, consulting, or public accounting preferred.
• Knowledge of OSFI B10 standards (asset).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Organized and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to engage stakeholders through calls, meetings, and email communications.
