Les responsabilités
Diriger la planification budgétaire annuelle, les prévisions mensuelles et les analyses de scénarios.
Développer et maintenir les indicateurs de performance (KPI) et rapports financiers.
Collaborer avec les équipes comptables et opérationnelles lors de la clôture mensuelle.
Créer et optimiser les outils et tableaux de bord (PowerBI).
Analyser les coûts (matières premières, main-d'œuvre, frais généraux) en lien avec les opérations manufacturières.
Suivre les écarts de coûts standards, les variations de prix d’achat (PPV) et les pertes de rendement.
Soutenir l’évaluation du retour sur investissement (ROI) des nouveaux produits et des projets d’immobilisations.
Encadrer et faire évoluer une petite équipe.
Ce que vous apportez
Baccalauréat en finance, comptabilité, économie ou domaine connexe (CPA, CMA, MBA : un atout).
8 à 10 ans d’expérience en FP&A, dont au moins 3 ans dans un environnement manufacturier.
Très bonne maîtrise d’Excel, PowerBI et des outils ERP.
Excellente compréhension du costing standard et des processus de fabrication.
Bilinguisme (français/anglais).
Autonomie, curiosité, rigueur, capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités.
Facilité à interagir avec des parties prenantes de haut niveau (storytelling, présentation claire, esprit d’analyse).
Attitude orientée solution, esprit d’équipe, aisance dans un environnement dynamique.
Atouts
Expérience dans un secteur manufacturier ou de distribution à forte concurrence.
Connaissance du domaine de la santé.

The Work Environment

What You Will Do
Lead annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and scenario analysis.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and financial reports.
Partner with accounting and operations for the monthly closing process.
Design and optimize tools and dashboards (PowerBI).
Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs with manufacturing and supply chain.
Monitor standard cost variances, PPV, yield losses, and BOM accuracy.
Support ROI evaluations for new product launches and capital investments.
Provide leadership and development support to a small team.
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
8–10 years of experience in FP&A, with at least 3 years in manufacturing.
Strong Excel, PowerBI and ERP systems knowledge.
In-depth understanding of standard costing and production processes.
Fluency in both English and French.
Highly analytical, proactive, curious, and organized.
Confident communicator with executives, strong storytelling and business acumen.
Team-oriented, solution-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
