What You'll Be Doing Monitor and optimize raw material and product chemistry to ensure quality standards Conduct routine and specialized chemical analyses in a plant laboratory setting Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot and improve process performance Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and reporting What Are We Looking For Experience with laboratory instrumentation (XRF and XRD precisions and calibration testing) and software tools Strong understanding of chemical principles and laboratory practices Ability to interpret and apply analytical data to plant operations Effective communication and collaboration skills across departments Commitment to safety, quality, and environmental stewardship Work Environment This role is based in a dynamic industrial plant setting, involving both laboratory and production floor environments. It requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
