As a Registered Nurse (RN), you’ll play a leadership role in ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality care, while fostering a supportive and empathetic environment for both residents and your team.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
Current certificate of competence as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario
Strong clinical assessment, decision-making, and leadership skills
Experience in long-term care is strongly preferred
Proven ability to manage complex care needs and collaborate within an interdisciplinary team
Excellent oral and written communication skills
A person-centered, compassionate approach to resident care
Proficiency in basic computer skills
Physical ability to perform all delegated nursing duties
