We do this today to build a better tomorrow. The Opportunity As an SAP PS&C (EHS) IT Consultant, you will play a key role in the delivery of global projects based on critical business requirements. You will translate business needs into robust solution specifications and act as a vital link between our technical teams and business users. This role is part of the Product Sustainability & Compliance team within our Technical Operations and Quality Assurance product line. Your primary focus will be on our SAP Product and REACH Compliance, SAP Product Safety, and SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance solutions, ensuring our operations meet the highest standards of safety and regulatory adherence. Solution Design & Analysis: Support the design and analysis of solutions, including creating and updating documentation for "as-is" and "to-be" architecture and impact analysis. Business Partnership: Act as a trusted IT consultant to key stakeholders, including Product Owners and Business Process Owners, providing input on technical process flows, requirements, and functionality gap analysis. Requirements Management: Support requirements gathering exercises and effectively demonstrate how the proposed solution addresses business needs. Translate user requirements into clear technical requirements and work packages for development teams. Technical Implementation: Contribute to the development and modification of solution components, ensuring alignment with relevant architectures, strategies, and standards. Team Collaboration: Work and cooperate within a global team of internal and external consultants and developers for change and incident management processes in Waterfall, Agile, or DevOps environments. Quality & Support: Help define testing strategies for System and User Acceptance Tests (UAT). As needed, support maintenance and troubleshooting activities to ensure system stability and resolve incidents. Who You Are You are a self-motivated professional with a passion for technology and a strong analytical mindset. You thrive in a collaborative, global environment and are committed to delivering high-quality solutions that make a difference. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 5-7 years of relevant IT experience. At least 2 years of professional, hands-on experience in one or more of the following: SAP Product and REACH Compliance, SAP Product Safety (formerly EHSM), or SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance. Participation in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation project in a similar role. Experience in EHSM (Product Safety, Product Compliance) processes and their corresponding regulatory contexts. Good understanding of the SAP Material Master. Demonstrated ability to contribute effectively in alignment meetings with business and IT stakeholders. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail. A proactive team player who enjoys collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous self-learning. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Enterprise Regulatory Content (ERC) upgrades or technical tasks. Experience with WWI server or Safety Data Sheets (SDS) template customizations. Experience in the configuration or troubleshooting of Dangerous Goods / Hazardous Substance functionality. IT knowledge of additional SAP modules (e.g., MM, SD, PP). Project management or team coordination experience. Experience working in a regulated environment (GxP) and with Computer System Validation (CSV). Familiarity with tools such as Jira, SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), and ServiceNow. Special Requirements: Flexibility to travel up to 10%-15% of the time, including internationally. Ability to work a flexible schedule to align with European office hours, which may require early morning availability to collaborate with global colleagues.
