Temporary position for 12 months The operations support team is looking for a support agent. Do you love managing files? As a Disability Insurance Operations Support Agent, you provide administrative and operational support to the organization. You strive to maximize operational productivity. You may be responsible for one or more sub-specialties, such as data entry and processing and the verification of database integrity. You perform administrative tasks to support regular operations and processes to help your unit meet operational objectives and carry out initiatives, in accordance with detailed guidelines. The ability to drive results is therefore essential. You help process disability insurance information. You help solve simple, everyday issues, while tailoring your approach. You respond to administrative and operational questions.
