We’re seeking someone to join our Workforce Technology Experience team as a Change Management and Process Optimization specialist in Workforce Technology & Services (WTS) to help design and drive key transformative initiatives directly to our employee base and identifying and improving key operational efficiencies across the support and delivery function of the broader WTS organization. Leadership and Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive change management and process optimization strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement best practices to achieve operational excellence. Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes, systems, and technologies. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive alignment and support for change initiatives. Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of change management and process improvement efforts. Risk Management: Assess risks associated with change initiatives and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions. What you’ll bring to the role: Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management, process optimization, or a related field, with at least 2-3 years in a senior leadership role / managing a team Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or Change Management or related field Proven interpersonal skills, including establishing rapport, building relationships, fostering trust quickly at all levels of the organization Experience conducting stakeholder interviews or focus groups, eliciting requirements, assessing results and making recommendations Ability to take complex information and technology processes into user-centered stories (both verbally and visually) Strong knowledge in key Office / Productivity tools like Microsoft Office Teams, AI Experience in managing multiple, complex change initiatives simultaneously, Working autonomously in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment.
