This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of Transmit Security. We are currently looking for a Technical Account Manager – Anti-Fraud Operations Integration in North America.

In this role, you’ll lead technical integrations for a powerful fraud detection and response platform, partnering directly with fraud operations teams at top-tier organizations. You’ll be responsible for deploying, optimizing, and supporting advanced fraud prevention systems across web, mobile, and backend applications. This is a dynamic position that blends technical expertise, customer engagement, and project management to drive measurable impact and deliver secure, seamless user experiences.
Accountabilities:
- Lead the end-to-end technical integration of a fraud detection and response solution across client environments, guiding them through a structured 5-stage deployment process.
- Provide hands-on support for implementation, testing, go-live, and post-deployment optimization of fraud prevention capabilities.
- Act as a strategic advisor by leveraging your knowledge of fraud ecosystems and tools (such as BioCatch, ThreatMetrix, or IBM Trusteer) to improve detection and response outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients’ fraud operations teams to align workflows, route fraud alerts efficiently, and integrate with case management systems and data repositories.
- Apply project management methodologies to coordinate deployment timelines, track progress, and mitigate risks, ensuring smooth and timely delivery.
- Train and enable fraud teams to effectively utilize analytics, dashboards, and DRS insights for investigations and ongoing fraud prevention.
- Serve as the ongoing technical point of contact, managing escalations and collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and customer success teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in fraud prevention, detection, or identity verification within industries such as banking, retail, or telecom.
- Familiarity with leading fraud prevention platforms and tools (e.g., Feedzai, HUMAN, Behaviosec, Akamai) and how they are deployed and used in real-world operations.
- Strong background in project coordination, with proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technology deployments; PMP certification is a plus.
- Technical proficiency with REST APIs, SDKs, backend integrations, and key fraud indicators such as device fingerprinting or behavioral biometrics.
- Excellent communication skills to interface with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and to convey complex integration strategies clearly.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to navigate integration challenges and troubleshoot effectively.
- A strong customer-first approach with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes and long-term value through fraud mitigation.
- Bonus: Experience with anti-fraud platforms like Mosaic, account opening processes, or industry-specific deployments in fintech, ecommerce, or telco.
