Job Description Reporting to the Director, Fund Services, the Senior IT Project Manager, will have the flexibility to run projects in either iterative-waterfall or agile while practicing strong financial discipline, governance, and clear (effective) initiative reporting. You will play a central role in shaping delivery outcomes and contributing to our ambitious organizational strategy. What will you do? · Lead delivery of key initiatives within a complex transformation portfolio by leaning on your strong planning and execution abilities. · Build trust-based relationships with your sponsors, senior leadership, and key internal stakeholders and external vendor partners. · Identify, manage, and escalate risks, issues, and interdependencies with clear action plans · Track and manage financials, including budgets, forecasts, estimates, invoices and SOWs · Maintain timely and clear initiative reporting across timelines, scope, risks, and financial health · Contribute to a delivery culture grounded in collaboration, accountability, and adaptability What do you need to succeed?
