The Project Handyman will ensure a sanitary environment, securing and maintaining tools/equipment used to perform the day-to-day work and performing other duties as assigned or requested.This position offers a full-time position. Your work will include:Perform maintenance and light repairs for various client’s buildings.Perform routine maintenance and repairs on the interiors of commercial buildings.Require self sufficient general construction skills including:Painting.Drywall repairs and installation.Taping.Concrete.Floor covering work (VCT, ceramic, LVT, carpet).Laminate.Millwork.Suspended ceiling repairs.Assist tradespeople with electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general repairs.Keep client spaces clean during and after repairs.Identify and report the need for major repairs.QualificationsWHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?A great attitude!At least five (5) year of experience in general construction industry. Full G driving license. (Use of personal vehicle a benefit. Reimbursement for use can be supplied.)Able to work a variety of day and night shift work. Weekly or weekend scheduled work.Able to work various locations in southern Ontario.
