Check out this video: https://youtu.be/fdz66L7FBgU Shipper Highlights Drive forklifts and low lift pallet jacks through high trafficked areas with a focus on safe and efficient operation Verify and organize wrapped pallets Prepare and lane wrapped pallets, ensuring they in the correct pallet location Load wrapped pallets onto trucks with care and precision Maintain a daily productivity count Support other departments when necessary, as directed by the supervisor Shipper Requirements Conduct operations in a manner which promotes safety and complies with Ontario Safety and Health Act (OSHA), and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) standards Capable of sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and lifting heavy objects throughout shift Comfortable in a noisy, fast-paced environment and operating forklift in confined areas Punctual, self-motivated, attention to detail and spatially aware of surroundings Basic math and PC skills Shipper Assets Completion of High School; Experience in a warehouse environment Experience with a Warehouse Management System Experience operating a forklift or similar machine Positive attitude Class G2 or higher driver’s licence Schedule Friday-Monday, 3:00pm - 1:30am CLOSE DATE: This job will close to internal applications on August 12, at 11:59 pm Job Requisition: JR128753 Giant Tiger is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to fair employment practices.
