About the Role
Acts as a primary point of contact for all individuals (e.g., Staff, Faculty, and Visitors) entering the AAE office and by answering the front desk phone line and will be 100% situated at the front desk reception area.

Qualifications
High school graduation and two years of post-secondary education or formal certificate/diploma program equivalent in office practices, business administration, fundraising, and/or event planning.
Able to work independently
Attention to detail
Experience with Excel, Word
Experience with calendaring
