About the position:
Realtris is looking for a multi-disciplinary graphic designer to develop and improve our brand creating all kinds of marketing material. As a Graphic Designer, you will utilize your creative talents to make a significant impact on the visual identity and digital presence of our company. You will be proficient in producing a wide range of design collaterals. This includes print and digital assets. This role will be a part of the Marketing Team and report directly to our Creative Director and Strategic and Partnerships Manager.
Knowledge & Skills:
Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premier Pro.
Experience in animation, video editing and photography is considered an asset.
Strong knowledge in graphic production process, layout, typography, colour theory, prepress and die lines
Experience using apps like Figma and Canva is a plus.
key Responsibilities:
Create branded graphics, including social posts, web banners, email campaigns and more
Creation of visual concepts and marketing materials
Execution of designs for email marketing campaigns via Soho or Stripo is considered an asset.
Design internal and external sales materials
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to communicate ideas effectively and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Requirements:
2-3 years experience of graphic designing skills
2+ years of proven experience in video editing and Graphic design
Create engaging content on-site at our real estate property listings, capturing the essence of each property
Have the technical ability to add graphics, music, and effects to enhance content quality and viewer engagement
A portfolio of work that shows your ability to tell a story and convey messages clearly and creatively
Proficient in making videos, graphics, editing, using Premier pro as well as other professional editing software
Excellent editing is a must, as well as the ability to format for all social channels if needed
Experience in using programs like Final Cut Pro X or Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator
Proficient camera skills is an added bonus
Ability to have an approachable and comfortable presence on camera
Excellent creativity and story-telling skills
Desire for continuous improvement & learning
Curiosity to learn different platforms and AI tools.
