About the Role
Provides front-line student services and administrative support for program areas in Lifelong Learning. Acts as a resource person and provides information on programs, courses, and application/registration procedures to students, instructors, the general public, and external contacts, and redirect queries to the appropriate department within Lifelong Learning. Maintains database records in the student enrollment management system to ensure all records regarding student, instructors, and program details are accurate and timely. Monitors program enrolment and consults with the supervisor and program team to make necessary changes, and liaises with instructors and University staff to coordinate program logistics. Triages technical support requests from students and instructors using the online learning management system

Qualifications
The ideal candidate is adept at taking initiative in a self-directed environment and has excellent organizational skills. They provide a student-centered service approach and can communicate clearly and effectively with a broad range of people across various mediums including email, phone and virtual conference meetings (zoom.)
Excellent interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills
Excellent organizational and analytical reasoning skills
Ability to work effectively as a member of a team
Ability to exercise mature judgment and initiative
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
