This is a great opportunity to work under leadership enterprise-wide, in diverse and impactful areas of our bank. GLDP is a 2-year rotational program with four 6-month rotations and offers significant flexibility for you to carve your own path that aligns with your personal and professional development as a future leader in CIBC. Your rotation decisions will be driven by your passion, career interests, and business demand, and will give you the opportunity to explore and network across the bank. As a GLDP Associate, rotation opportunities are endless – you can lead projects focused on providing a positive employee and client experience with our products and services, positively impact business results by identifying opportunities and improving processes, and more! Throughout your rotations, you will be able to expand your network by collaborating with different teams and developing business relationships with clients, business partners and other stakeholders.
