We are seeking a strategic Senior Product Owner to champion this transformation and elevate our digital journey. As the Senior Product Owner in AI & Digital Transformation, you will lead the development and delivery of next-generation solutions that enhance advisor productivity, client personalization, and operational efficiency. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our strategy and implementing digital capabilities that meet the evolving needs of our advisors and clients. What will you do? Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and strategy for AI and digital initiatives within the wealth management domain. Work closely with engineering, data science, UX, and business stakeholders to prioritize features and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Collaborate with wealth advisors, client experience teams, data scientists, and technologists to identify pain points and opportunities for intelligent automation and personalization. Translate business goals into actionable product requirements and user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and iteration of solutions. Manage stakeholder communication and lead agile product development cycles from ideation to release. Ensure optimal delivery by removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance and develop contingency plans to demonstrate adaptability while supporting continuous learning. Measure and communicate product performance and outcomes against KPIs and business goals. Manage vendor relationships and technology partnerships where appropriate. What do you need to succeed? Must-have 7+ years of product ownership or management experience, with at least 3 years in digital or AI initiatives in financial services or wealth management. Proven experience delivering digital platforms, automation initiatives, or intelligent systems in an enterprise setting. Strong collaboration skills with ability to work cross-functionally and influence without authority. Excellent analytical, communication, and decision-making skills. Ability to work with technical teams and translate complex concepts into user-centric solutions. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). Define and detail User Stories and prioritize team backlogs in accordance to our business drivers. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. MBA or advanced technical degree is a plus. Nice-to-have Good understanding of wealth management client needs, advisory workflows, and financial planning tools. What's in it for you?
