Then, watch for a unique link in your email to apply. Key Responsibilities: Lead complex projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, risk assessments, and resource allocation. Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability, clear communication, and alignment with strategic goals. Coordinate with stakeholders, including IT, finance, and operations teams, to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish project milestones. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring effective utilization and adherence to project plans, and continuously monitor progress by tracking key performance indicators and providing regular status updates to senior management and stakeholders. Monitor and report on project performance, including KPIs and post-project evaluations. Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing mitigation plans as necessary. Facilitate stakeholder meetings, providing regular updates and maintaining transparent communication. Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and quality standards. Mentor and support junior project managers and project coordinators. Continuously assess and improve project management methodologies and practices. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, IT, or a related field (Master’s preferred). 7–10+ years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in a senior or leadership role. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification strongly preferred. Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex projects successfully. Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, DevOps). Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to project management. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Preferred Skills: Agile and/or Scrum experience. Budget management and financial reporting. Experience in change management and organizational transformation.
