This position is a hybrid role based out of our Toronto, ON office About you Reporting into Director, Global Strategic Communications, the Global Communications Manager will work within the Global Colliers Team from our Toronto office. A highly organized communication manager, you thrive in a creative and fast-paced environment where you can help multiple stakeholders with the planning and execution of internal and external communications programs. The candidate will be responsible for delivering key tactics within the Global Communications strategy, particularly focusing on technology communications to internal and external audience groups. You love to pitch in where help is needed and are inspired by understanding new and innovative ways of working. In this role, you will… Develop and implement a comprehensive global technology communications strategy that aligns with business priorities and elevates our technology narrative across internal and external channels. Lead the end-to-end execution of the communications strategy, including content planning, stakeholder engagement, timeline management, and measurement of impact and success. Support the internal and external launch of new technology products to drive awareness, engagement and adoption. Create and curate compelling mixed-media content for a variety of platforms, including internal communications, executive thought leadership, website copy, social media, award submissions, and speaking engagements. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Identify and implement opportunities to streamline communications workflows, improve team efficiency, and enhance content quality and impact. Stay current with emerging trends in technology, communications, and digital engagement to ensure our strategies remain innovative and competitive. Contribute to the broader global communications team including strategic support and execution, sharing best practices, and stepping in as needed to help drive collective success. What you’ll bring 5 years’ business experience (3+ in marketing/comms); technology communications and agency experience a plus. Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications or Journalism. Strong business writing skills. Excellent stakeholder management - able to effectively manage the needs of unique regional groups and individuals to drive positive consensus. Experience in working with vendors to deliver high quality corporate videos.
