As a Marketing & Communications Coordinator for the Sask Enternainment Group, this position is perfect for hands-on marketers looking for a high-impact role. You’ll be heavily involved with the planning, execution, and evaluation of your campaigns. You won’t just dream, you’ll do.

Your responsibilities,
Manage communications channels for the Saskatchewan Rush and Saskatoon Berries.
Provide direction to part-time social media staff to ensure content aligns with brand and marketing strategies.
Provide weekly analysis on social content and communications campaigns.
Provide team news and updates to local media as required.
Act as the liaison for team operations and local media to coordinate player and staff media availabilities.
Coordinate player and team staff community appearances in collaboration with marketing and event staff.
Work closely and provide direction and feedback to team content contractors such as team photographers, videographers, and in-venue production to ensure all content captured aligns with brand.

Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities.
Critical Thinking: A strategic mindset with the ability to problem-solve and think beyond the basics.
Analytical Abilities: Experience measuring campaign performance and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Writing & Communication: Strong writing skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Design Awareness: A keen eye for visual details and brand consistency.
Technical Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and digital marketing platforms. If “VLOOKUP” isn’t a foreign language to you, even better.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
