Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers for our organization. You will build relationships and understand customer business to provide appropriate products or solutions. You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customers while aligning with critical sales business objectives. You will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers. Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition to the customers. Increase the overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization. Develop and maximize Resideo presence and market share in designated accounts and territories. Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere Sales Organization. YOU MUST HAVE:
3-5 years of minimum experience in the Pro AV industry
Possess and maintain a valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record
Live within the sales territory of Toronto or Montreal

The typical base salary for this role, ranges from CAD $58,986 to $98,310 per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range, Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors, including market conditions, skills, and experience.
You are eligible to participate in a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP). This incentive is considered variable incentive pay. You can earn an annual sales incentive which is expressed as a percentage (53.85%) of your annual salary. This amount will be prorated based on your hire date. Attaining your sales targets will allow you to achieve 100% of your variable incentive pay. However, overdriving those targets will enable you to increase your variable incentive pay for the SIP performance period.
