NOW HIRING:
Parts & Service Advisor
LOCATION: Centennial Kia, Prince Edward Island
HOURS: Full Time, Mon - Fri, 40-45 hours per week.
WAGES: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour + benefits (negotiable based on experience)
THE PERFECT FIT:
We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is motivated, organized, skilled and has a real interest and knowledge in automobiles and working in a team setting. You will be a key player in the success of our service & parts department, previous experience in the automotive industry and with shipping & receiving of parts is a strong asset.

Valid Canadian driver’s license is required
Note: While experience in automotive service is preferred, we welcome applicants with a customer service mindset and a willingness to learn. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
JOB TASKS:
Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
Schedule service appointments and manage the service workflow effectively.
Document customer concerns and vehicle issues accurately.
Provide detailed information on service options, costs, and timelines.
Present service recommendations based on inspections and diagnostics.
Communicate with technicians and team members to ensure timely repairs.
Coordinate with the parts department for necessary components.
Keep customers updated on repair progress and address any concerns.
Assist with customer concerns alongside the Service Manager.
Provide shuttle service for customers.
Provide accurate estimates for completion times and notify customers of any changes.
Maintain proper paperwork, including opening and closing repair orders.
Collect payments and ensure a balanced cash register at the end of each day.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Answering parts inquiries and following up with customers.
Receive/ billing of parts inventory.
Maintaining parts inventory levels.
