More at our website. About the Role This role requires a highly organised and purpose-driven individual to support the strategic and operational functions of The Possibility Partnership (TPP). It is a 12-month part time position (2–3 days/week) based in Sydney or Melbourne, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to transformative social change at a national level. The role offers flexibility to work from your preferred location, whether from home or one of the TPP organisations’ offices across Sydney or Melbourne. While most work can be done remotely, occasional attendance at the office may be required. As a central support to the TPP Driving Group, comprising senior leaders from our founding NGOs, you will play a key role in keeping our partnership connected, informed and impactful. Key Responsibilities Coordinate meetings, working groups, events and activities across the Partnership Develop reports, updates and communications for internal and external audiences Manage TPP’s digital presence, including our website and social media channels Build and maintain relationships across our seven organisations and key stakeholders Monitor progress, maintain records and help us stay on track to meet our ambitious goals Support community engagement, policy work and knowledge sharing to influence systems change Skills & Experience: Experience in project management and coordination, communications or stakeholder engagement A proactive self-starter who thrives on organisation and collaboration Strong written and verbal communication skills Alignment with our values of equity, inclusion and social justice An understanding of the community sector, social policy reform and/or non-traditional structures such as collectives is a plus Tertiary/Bachelor qualification in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
