This individual is a strategic, full-stack experience designer with hands-on human centered design thinking, UX/UI, research, prototyping, facilitation, and strong client-facing skills. With the guidance of PXD leadership, the designer will deliver polished UX/UI artifacts and human-centric digital design expertise for our clients, as well as support RFPs and special projects.
This ideal candidate should have a strong foundation of UX/UI design principles, a keen eye for detail, and a proven track record of delivering exceptional designs that meet the needs of users and the goals of the business. Responsibilities:Take part in the planning and execution of creative workshops with Research and Product. 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
