About the Role:
As an Account Executive, you will be a key engine of Neo’s growth, responsible for selling Neo’s marketing and loyalty platform to a diverse portfolio of partners. In this role, your success will be measured by key performance indicators (KPIs) as you own the complete sales process from start to finish and lead a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. We are looking for a builder who will not only master this sales motion but also pioneer the use of modern technologies, including Generative AI, to identify, engage, and close new partners at scale
What you'll be doing:
Quickly become an expert on Neo’s business solutions and articulate a compelling, tailored value proposition to prospective partners
Remaining accountable to daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Manage the entire sales cycle, from qualifying inbound leads to running outbound prospecting campaigns, with a focus on pipeline velocity and deal execution
Leveraging multiple direct outreach channels and advancing deals across various stages
Tracking all communications, contacts, and sales opportunities in a CRM system
Managing clear hand-off to downstream teams to ensure partners and internal stakeholders are set-up for long term success
Use a solutions-based approach to understand a prospect's core business needs and effectively demonstrate how Neo's platform can help them achieve their goals
Leverage modern sales technologies, including our CRM and Generative AI tools, to automate prospecting, personalize outreach at scale, and increase your overall efficiency
Who we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in outbound B2B business development, outbound sales, marketing, consulting, account management, or similar role
You have a natural curiosity for new technologies and a passion for using tools, including Generative AI, to work smarter and more efficiently.
Proven ability to work in a high-energy and fast-paced environment
Ownership mentality and professional presentation and public speaking skills
Excellent communication, time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate novel concepts and influence decision making
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience in a high-growth startup, SaaS, or entrepreneurial environment
Fluency in a second language (particularly French)
A post-secondary degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
