QualificationsQualifications
- Graduate of an accredited baccalaureate nursing program OR
- Associate degree nurses with RN start dates of April 1, 2020, or later must provide documented proof of enrollment in a BSN program
- Minimum of 6 months RN experience required
- One year of RN experience in an applicable care setting or one year of current LPN experience preferred
- Current RN license valid in Arizona or compact state eligibility
- Maintains current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Excellent communication, teamwork, flexibility, and critical thinking skills
- Must be comfortable working nights, weekends, holidays, and variable shifts as needed
