Hybrid Schedule - 3 days in office - please note that this position can also be filled in any of our offices across Canada The Client Accounts Senior Manager is responsible for supporting account management, identifying growth opportunities, gathering and actioning client feedback, and coordinating client data for use across the Clients and Markets team. This role requires an innovative thinker with strong interpersonal, communication, and reporting skills, and requires ongoing liaison with partners and colleagues across the organization You will be focusing on: Account strategy and growth: Support client teams in developing and executing account plans that drive opportunities for service expansion, client retention, and revenue growth. Develop and promote value-added services and support our partners’ client outreach and account management efforts. Client insights: Collaborate across the Clients and Markets team to ensure client data and perspectives are broadly shared, and establish systems to apply this data to pursuits, marketing campaigns, and related priorities. Business development: Identify opportunities to engage new clients and industries, including preparing target lists, identifying cross-selling opportunities, and researching regional and practice-specific client insights. Reporting: Track client performance and satisfaction metrics and account management efforts. Share best practices and prepare regular reports for internal stakeholders. Client listening and feedback: Manage client listening initiatives, including client satisfaction interviews. Analyze client feedback to identify trends, measure satisfaction and drive improvement. Maintain a feedback tracker and ensure timely follow-up on client concerns and requests. Manage client requests for compliance-related information. What you bring to the role: 5+ years of experience in client relationship management, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Bachelor’s or recognized technical college degree in marketing or business is an asset. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Self-starter with continuous improvement mindset; able to incorporate industry best practices and firm resources to deliver creative solutions. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams. Must be able to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure. Positive attitude and enthusiasm. Ability to liaise confidently and build relationships with people at all levels. Vancouver Salary: $118 000 - $162 000. Salary will be discussed and negotiated during interview and will be based on experience.
