What will your day-to-day look like? Foster an Active Caring culture focused on safety and well-being. Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred. A combination of relevant education and equivalent work experience may also be considered. Diploma or journey person red seal in a Mechanical, Aeronautical, or Engineering-related field is an asset. 5+ years of proven leadership and supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to drive change, influence others, and lead through transformation. Advanced proficiency in SAP, ENOVIA, and related systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Track record of personal development and professional achievement. Recognized for reliability, initiative, and consistent performance. Additional training in leadership and change management considered a strong asset.
