The selected candidate will have the opportunity to liaise between Business Units and Information Services, helping the business in projects, enhancements, requirements, process improvements and problem resolutions, while maintaining a high-level of delivering quality solutions. Adjust documentation style / template based on delivery approach e.g. Waterfall (Requirements Documents), Agile (User Stories) Gather functional and technical requirements for enhancements, incident and problem resolution Provide application expertise and guidance on strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing productivity and business functions Monitor TCI’s project and enhancement demands, request resources for initiatives and take care of business request priorities Ensure solutions are developed, integrated and properly maintained within TCI’s S4/HANA landscape, and in accordance with company standards and established architecture guidelines Interface with vendors to identify roadmap for specific products, support enhancements and new project, coordinate upgrades and maintenance releases Coordinate acceptance tests to ensure quality of deliverables, adherence to business expectation and timely delivery of business solutions Review existing and emerging technologies, market trends and product capabilities to assess potential impact on the enterprise’s architecture strategy and alignment to business plans Provide consulting services for the maintenance, enhancement and troubleshooting of SAP and related applications Champion the proper use of tools, processes and standards by conducting education, application review and design sessions to reinforce qualification and knowledge baseline Bring SAP and industrial best practices to TCI business environment Assist in training curriculum and delivery for the business including new hires, new functionality or refresher training Stakeholder Engagement Work with business units’ users to identify improvement opportunities, plan medium and long-term enhancements and assist users in defining priorities Foster a positive, open learning environment where ideas and suggestions become a source of continuous process improvement Take initiative to recommend processes improvements and demonstrate creative thinking Interact with other member of Information Services to ensure that questions and discrepancies about specifications are resolved during the solution review process Partner with business and technology stakeholders to improve collaboration and overall alignment Collaborate with local and regional I.S. teams to deliver enterprise solutions that are scalable, adaptable and in synchronization with evolving business needs Work with third party vendors to develop solutions and/or integrate their applications into TCI’s SAP application landscape Influence and communicate effectively with non-technical audiences What You’ll Bring: Work experience in SAP Procure to Pay processes – purchase planning, vendor management and buying, receiving, invoicing, and reconciliations University Degree in computer science, business administration or related discipline 4-7 years of experience in a FA/BA/BSA or similar roles in an SAP environment Sound knowledge in designing, configuring, and troubleshooting SAP business workflow Experience with integration with FI Familiar with different EDI interfaces standards Possess configuration knowledge in Procure to Pay processes and release strategies; with thorough comprehension on foundational items – Purchase Organizations, Plants, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Purchasing Group, Vendor Master Knowledge of how to work under pressure and tight timeline Results oriented mindset Experience partnering with outsourced vendors Excellent methodical and critical thinking dexterity Aptitude to demonstrate initiative, good judgment and effective decision-making Strong process improvement orientation, and experience in leading discussions to drive positive results amongst inter-disciplinary groups Hands-on experience in technical solution design, software specifications, conceptualization and development Hands-on experience in Agile projects is considered an asset Excellent written and oral communication experience Excellent presentation experience SAP certification preferred About Us Toyota Canada Inc. is the exclusive Canadian distributor of Toyota and Lexus vehicles.
