THE ROLE

means engaging with and building strong relationships with new customers. Having
a keen understanding of our clients' needs and challenges is a crucial skill
that our Business Development Representatives (BDRs) leverage to provide optimal
solutions and deliver substantial value.
The Business Development Representative (BDR) at Circuit will play a pivotal
role in the identification and origination of new revenue opportunities to fuel
our customer growth. Your role involves exciting prospects about the potential
benefits for their business, coupled with the ability to proficiently qualify
potential buyers. This will be achieved through proactive prospecting, diligent
follow-up on inbound activity, and active participation in sales meetings.
Our sales strategy is centred around connecting with marketers, comprehending
their processes, technology needs, and goals. Your key responsibilities include
actively engaging potential clients, setting up crucial meetings, and presenting
our solutions to address their unique needs, ultimately enhancing our win rate.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Researching, qualifying, and generating leads from marketing campaigns as
sales opportunities.

Contacting potential clients in both the US and Canada through prospecting
outbound channels to set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and
sales execs.

Presenting our company to potential clients, identifying client needs and
suggesting appropriate solutions that improves our win rate.

Contributing to the development of an effective sales process to further the
results from this system.

Developing “out of the box” sales strategies and sharing learnings across the
team.

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth
opportunities and expand the customer base

Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and sales activities
utilizing CRM software

Develop meaningful relationships, rapport, and trust with our potential
clients

Meeting personal and team monthly sales targets, and reporting and providing
feedback on progress back to the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
-
Relevant Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and
experience
-
2+ years of customer service or sales experience in technology, EdTech,
and/or software companies.

Legal eligibility to work in Canada

Familiarity with CRM software, and maintaining detailed records.

Excellent communication skills, ability to convey yourself and the product
clearly through verbal and written methods.

Organized and with a heightened sense of detail while operating in a
fast-paced environment.

You have an energetic and entrepreneurial spirit.

You're an avid listener with a swift ability to solve issues.

partnership and enhanced understanding with the communities in circle. The
