You will guide hospital operations, support multi department leads, and ensure excellence in service delivery, people development, team cohesiveness and hospital performance. What You Will Do Lead a diverse and growing hospital team, including multiple department Team Leads Champion a strong and healthy workplace culture that aligns with VCA Canada’s values Oversee daily operations and ensure an outstanding client and patient experience Partner with medical and operational leadership to drive hospital goals and performance Review and monitor administrative functions including hospital scheduling, document control, inventory and building maintenance.
