Position Summary
Lauren Services is seeking a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our Kelowna office. This in-office role is ideal for someone highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented who enjoys helping a dynamic and collaborative team. You’ll be essential in keeping our office running smoothly by managing day-to-day administrative tasks and supporting internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Office & Administrative Support
Maintain office organization and ensure supplies, kitchen items, and equipment are well-stocked and orderly
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and couriers
Order, track, and receive office and facility supplies
Assist with formatting documents, preparing correspondence, and coordinating meetings
Provide administrative support across multiple departments
Reception & Coordination
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Support meeting room bookings and maintain visitor logs
Help with onboarding tasks such as desk setup and welcome materials
Technology & Equipment
Provide basic support for office equipment and coordinate with external IT providers as needed
Maintain inventory of office supplies and technology assets
Qualifications
Education & Experience
Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration or related field preferred
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administrative or office support role
Experience in a professional services or technical environment is an asset
Skills & Competencies
Excellent organization and time management skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Comfortable with basic troubleshooting and coordinating with IT support

Additional Details
Part-Time: ~24 hours per week
In-Office Role: This role is not remote
