This role requires early morning/evening weekday availability and weekend
morning availability.
We’re looking for someone who loves sales—or is ready to learn why sales is one
of the most valuable career skills you can master. As a member of our team, you
will build rapport, take ownership of your results, and thrive in a fast-paced
environment. In this role, you’ll be the face of the studio — welcoming members,
introducing new guests to the OTF experience, and driving the growth of our
community through meaningful conversations and strong follow-through.

What You’ll Do:
- Welcome everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
- Present the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
- Work at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members
among other tasks
- Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first
Orangetheory workout
- Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
- Follow up on prospective clients
- Handle members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal
of resolution
- Participate in marketing and outreach events
- Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
