SENIOR SALES AND SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE (FITNESS TRAINER) Who is a Senior Sales and Service Representative (Fitness Trainer)? Senior Fitness Trainers are highly motivated individuals who are focused on helping Members achieve their fitness goals. They execute both administrative duties along with the expected duties of a Fitness Trainer. They are encouraged to work closely with the General Manager to strategize the best possible way for the day-to-day operations to be successful. What will you be doing? Pleasant and Present guarantee role model. Execute Prospective Member appointments and sell Memberships that are appropriate to the individual needs of each Member. Properly handle incoming calls from Members and prospects, including answering the phone, taking messages and booking appointments. Provide FitFix Starters and other required service programming for New and Current Members. Assist Members on the floor with questions regarding all programming that is available at your location i.e. Group Fitness, Personal Training and equipment usage. Handle comments, suggestions and concerns in a courteous and professional manner. Complete a Club Run on an hourly basis to ensure Club cleanliness. Complete all service administrative requirements. Properly use Gym Sales/Dynamics to track all sales, leads and service calls. Step into the acting General Manager role when the General Manager is not in the Club. Do you have what it takes? Previous sales experience. Passionate about fitness and helping others. Strong customer service skills. Strong communication skills. Willingness to work a variable schedule.
