forward-thinking, and dedicated individual as a Facility Assistant III – Crop
Inputs for our Grain division based in Kerwood, ON.

operating across approximately 45 locations in the prairie provinces, Ontario
and Quebec. Our strategically positioned facilities, including grain elevators,
rail sidings, inland terminals, and specialized export terminals, ensure that we

YOUR ROLE
We are currently seeking a dependable and motivated Facility Assistant – Crop
Inputs to join our team. This hands-on role supports all aspects of the crop
input operation, from receiving and organizing products to assisting customers
and coordinating in-field logistics. The ideal candidate is safety-minded,
customer-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
DAY TO DAY
- Assist in blending fertilizer and handling crop protection products
- Receive, unload, and properly store incoming shipments
- Prepare and load customer orders for pickup or delivery
- Organize and manage inventory to maintain optimal stock levels
- Operate commercial vehicles, agricultural equipment, and material-handling
machinery safely and efficiently
- Perform regular facility and equipment maintenance, including housekeeping
tasks
- Coordinate in-season logistics, ensuring timely movement of equipment to the
field
- Deliver outstanding customer service through every interaction
- Maintain compliance with all safety regulations and company standards
- Contribute to a safe, clean, and efficient working environment
- Other duties as assigned
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the operation of a grain elevator
- Possess a valid Canadian driver’s license in good standing authorizing you to
drive independently during your employment.
- Experience as a team leader or supervisor
- Through knowledge and understanding of the grain industry, including grading
factors and elevator equipment
- Trained in Health & Safety procedures and a champion for safe work
environment
- Ability to work within an environment subject to dust and allergens
- Flexible work schedule
- Ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly (up to 50 lbs)
