Our client is looking for a bilingual Paralegal in corporate and commercial law to assist its VP Legal Affairs and his team.

YOUR ROLE:
As a Paralegal in corporate law, you will manage legal and administrative files.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing corporate documents (incorporation, registration, amending resolutions, minutes, annual reports, etc.);
Manage companies' corporate deadlines;
Participate in special projects;
Ensure uniformity of corporate and legal documents;
Perform searches in public registers;
Request attestations and certificates of compliance;
Maintain corporate records, including preparing resolutions and annual reports, as well as federal, provincial and extra-provincial declarations;
Update minute books;
Assist with SEDAR filings.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
DCS Paralegal technology;
Experience in similar functions;
Good knowledge of corporate law;
Good level of bilingualism, spoken and written;
Experience in securities, an asset;
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
Autonomy and good sense of responsibility;
Attention to detail;
Discretion and thoroughness;
Team player.
