Compensation: $85K - $100K, based on experience

What You’ll Do:
Investigate receiving issues with Buyers and Receiving teams
Collaborate with Inventory Control to improve product slotting and stock management
Address short picks, backorders, and missing items in real time
Oversee second checks, stock adjustments, and cycle counts
Manage internal damages, ghost products, and miss-ships
Produce weekly updates and monthly reports
Support safety standards and contribute to warehouse organization
Work closely with other supervisors and department heads to ensure procedural compliance and efficiency
Standards and Objectives:
Maintain inventory and improve accuracy
Ensure all product is slotted for optimal picking and replenishment
Help develop ASN receiving procedures and minimize short picks
Keep the warehouse safe, organized, and audit-ready
Conduct timely cycle counts and improve inventory reporting processes
What You Bring:
5+ years of warehouse experience, with a focus on inventory control and dynamic slotting
Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
Comfortable lifting and moving heavy items as needed
Proficient with basic computer systems and reporting tools
Excellent math skills and attention to detail
Able to lead, collaborate, and communicate effectively across teams
Organized, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement
