Who you are:
You’re a creative storyteller who understands how to craft marketing content that connects. With a strong grasp of audience behaviour and platform trends, you know how to turn insights into engaging multi-media experiences that spark interest and drive action.
You’re fluent in the language of digital content - whether it’s scripting a compelling video, writing an SEO-optimized blog post, or building out a content calendar that keeps everything running smoothly.

What you'll do:
Work alongside the Content & Channel Marketing Lead to support a content strategy that aligns with the .CA Marketing, Campaign and Channel Plans.
Brainstorm ideas for compelling new multi-media content that resonates with .CA’s target audiences across various platforms (web, mobile, social media).
Oversee the execution of video case studies, including customer outreach, scheduling, scripts, vendor coordination, quality control and approvals.
Write and edit high-quality content for .CA web pages, blogs, emails and social media channels, ensuring messaging accuracy and brand, tone and style consistency.
Support the development of visual content like videos, animations, graphics, and PowerPoints
Support the ongoing execution of .CA’s Gift Guides.
Work closely with internal teams and vendors (freelance writer, videographer, etc.) on content projects.
Maintain a content calendar, including planning ahead for holidays and special events.
Conduct regular content audits, analyze and report on content performance. Recommend and implement content optimizations based on performance.
Stay up to date on tools, trends and best practices in content marketing.
Understand and use SEO best practices to ensure greatest visibility for .CA content.
What you bring:
A degree or diploma in Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content marketing, with a specialization in digital content development.
Excellent writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail in grammar, spelling, tone and style,
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to craft compelling narratives and tailor content to specific audience sets.
Ability to create, edit, and publish multimedia content with experience in Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Canva, WordPress, and social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
Ability to think both creatively and analytically
Solid understanding of SEO with experience in SEMRush, Google Analytics/ GA4
Strong presentation and reporting skills, with experience in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and be adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
